"Which platform" is the wrong question: http://www.slideshare.net/danctheduck/gdc-2010-convergence-of-flash-portals-and-social-gaming

Instead you should be asking who you want to reach, or what game you want to build. For example, if you want to build a sidescrolling platformer, iPhone is probably not the best platform. Or if you really love social games and want to build one, you might do well to consider Facebook as your platform. (etc.)

Arowx-

I consider them as solutions within a platform. I am preparing an entry on the different technologies within each platform and will look at putting it up soon.

A number of Indie friends are using Unity for their current games and I look forward to seeing the results.
