Be tolerant, respectful, understanding and have resonable expectations.  Don&#039;t become to enamored in yourself: your programming games, not systems on a NASA shuttle, or medical equipment, where a bug could mean death.  In other words, no hero coders.

And of course, be creative and hard working.  Though, some might argue against the neccessity of the former in todays market. ;)</description>
